Vice President & Research Scholar at ServCollab. His journey with ServCollab began as a volunteer. He then became the Community Officer and later ServCollab’s first employee. His research focuses on Transformative Service Research (TSR), exploring critical topics such as serving humanity, wise service systems, service ethics, inclusion, exploitation, vulnerable identities, and elevating human experience, sustainability, and social impact. He earned his Ph.D. in Business Economics from Ghent University in Belgium, an M.Sc. in Business and Economics from Uppsala University in Sweden, and an MBA from Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona in Spain. He has held academic positions at the University of Namur’s NADI-CeRCLe Research Center, Vlerick Business School in Belgium, and Karlstad University’s Service Research Center (CTF) in Sweden.
