Assistant Professor at the Department of Business Studies, Roma Tre University, and a member of the Editorial Advisory Board of the International Journal of Quality and Service Sciences.

 

She teaches Circular Economy, and her research interests focus on TSR, value creation, service ecosystems, sustainability, circular economy and CSR.

 

She has published in several international journals, including International Journal of Retail & Distribution Management, Journal of Service Management, and Journal of Service Theory and Practice.

 

She has received the national award from the AIDEA association and the Mary Jo Bitner “Rising Star in Services” Award (QUIS 19).
