Professor of Marketing and the Director of Teaching Excellence at the Gabelli School of Business, Fordham University in New York City.

 

His recent research interests focus on the Transformative Service Research (TSR), with topics including refugee-related services, service inclusion, and financial well-being. Hiswork has been published in journals including Journal of Marketing, Journal of Business Research, Journal of Public Policy and Marketing, Journal of Service Management, Journal of Services Marketing, others.

 

He currently serves as the Co-Chair of the AMASERVSIG, and the Associate Editor of Journal of Services Marketing and the Journal of Creating Value.
