Associate Professor at Roma Tre University, Department of Business Studies, and serves as Third Mission Delegate.

 

She teaches CSR and Digital Innovation. Her research interests focus on service ecosystems, value creation, sustainability, and TSR. Laura is a member of the Editorial Advisory Board of the Journal of Social Impact in Business Research and the Journal of Service Theory and Practice.

 

She contributes to the “SDG12 – Agenda 2030” working group of the Italian Alliance for Sustainable Development.

 

She has published in leading journals and received academic awards, including Best Conference Paper Awards and Emerald Outstanding Paper Award.
