Alison M. Joubert

Alison co-authored the pioneering article on service inclusion in Journal of Service Management (2018).

Her involvement with ServCollab then began by co-authoring the second ServCollab research article on Healing the Digital Divide in Journal of Service Research Article (2023). Broadly, her research interests lie in Transformative Consumer Research (TCR) and Transformative Service Research (TSR), focusing on issues of sustainable consumption, consumer resistance, consumer vulnerability, service inclusion, service separation, and more.

She was awarded a Bachelor of Business Management with Honours Class 1 and a PhD in Marketing from University of Queensland, and holds positions of Senior Lecturer in Marketing at Adelaide University and Adjunct Senior Lecturer at University of Queensland.
