Laurie Anderson is an emerita professor at the W. P. Carey School of Business at Arizona State University.

 

She just completed Fulbright Scholar research in Finland on the wellbeing of those later in life and technology.

 

Her expertise is in cultures, healthcare, service, and transformative consumer research. In particular, she works to develop the area of Transformative Service Research. She is an Associate Editor at the Journal of Service Research.
